Nancy uses a program developed by Jim Fay, a former educatior and principal, Foster Kline, M.D., an adult and child psychiatrist and Charles Fay, PhD., a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.  The authors of the program are based in Golden, Colorado and is called Becoming a Love & Logic Parent.
